You will come to this page to be connected for free with someone in a
random location on this earth who wants to hear your voice and just
say hello.  No personal information is exchange by "Just Say Hello"
unless the callers want to exchange information.  You can participate
in this program in either of the following two roles:

Call Accepter Role - you may sign up to accept calls from random
callers from unknown locals on earth.  You will need to specify your
telephone number (country code, city code & local number), the time
of day you want to accept calls and how often you want to be called.

What do I need for this role?
Download 'Just Say Hello' application with Skype.
Computer with Internet access in order to sign up (once)
Old Fashioned Telephone (land-line or cellular)
or a computer with microphone/speakers or headset

Caller Role - no need to sign up for this service - just need to come
to this page and click on the link 'I just want to call a random person
on earth and just say hello.'  That's it.
