Skype Incoming Indicator Routed to a Remote

Frustration: Skype is a great tool for communicating with friends
around the world for free or a small charge if you use SkypeOut.
However, when you hook your headset up to the computer and then
someone tries to Skype call you then the signal indicating you have
an incoming call is directed to the headset and you'll not know you
have an incoming call unless you have the headset on.
Proposal: Need to allow for the user to set that an external device
be signaled when Skype has an incoming call.
Means to make change: Contract work out to Skype Experts.com
or put out for bid after requesting possible solutions from members..
