Current rates are as follows (as of 9/15/2010 until 9/15/2011 when they may change):
Summer (May 16 - Sept 15) $950/week $1900/two weeks + $50 cleaning (extra night $100)**
Air conditioning is included and is available in the both bedrooms. Their are several fans and one gigantic fan
to blow the hot air out of the house when you get home in the evening. More than 4 adults will incur an
additional $100/adult per week. Weeks with major holidays are $100 extra.
Winter (Sept 16 - May 15) $850/week & $1700/two weeks + $50 cleaning (extra night $100)**
Air conditioning is not necessary in the winter - there is always a nice breeze at the house and the windows
are fully screened. More than 4 adults will incur an additional $100/adult per week.
Rates are subject to change prior to full payment. Full payment required prior to arrival.
* For weekly rentals, deposit is refundable if canceled within 30 days prior to arrival for one week rental;
60 days for two weeks or more.
** Check-in time is 4 pm; check-out time is 11 am. One hundred dollars extra each for guests more than 6 per
week.
