The holding deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival for one week rental and 60 days for two
week rental. Non-holding deposit portion is fully refundable up to the day prior to arrival. Full payment
is due prior to arrival. Check-in time is 3 p.m and check-out time is 11 a.m.
